Jessica Yu is a producer, director and writer of award-winning films, including In The Realms of the Unreal, the critically acclaimed film about Henry Darger, Breathing Lessons: The Life and Work of Mark O'Brien, winner of the 1997 Academy Award for Best Documentary Short subject, and The Living Museum, a documentary feature for HBO about an art community in a New York mental institution. She also directs television shows, including Grey’s Anatomy. She lives in Southern California with her husband, writer Mark Salzman, and their two daughters. -courtesy SVWC
