Brandon Stoddard became president of ABC Entertainment in 1985, capping a distinguished career with the network. Under his leadership, ABC’s programming included Roots, The Thornbirds, The Winds of War, The Day After, and thirtysomething. As president of ABC Motion Pictures, he was responsible for Silkwood and Prizzi’s Honor. He is currently a partner in Ancient Mariner Films and an adjunct professor at USC Graduate School of Cinema-Television. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Mary Anne Dolan.
